Annually and in conjunction with the American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act), the U.S. Department of Labor recognizes employers across the nation for their investment in recruiting, employing, and retaining veterans. Qualification for this recognition requires demonstrated performance and fulfillment of strict Award criteria. For the third year in a row, JBM met those standards and earned the 2023 Platinum HIRE Vets Medallion Award.
