JBM is a Long-Standing and Trusted Contractor Logistics Support Provider. We have established a legacy for providing vital fielding, sustainment and training support for a broad spectrum of radars and sensors since their introduction to US forces. This first-hand experience includes several generations of systems starting with the respective programs’ inception – a fact that few if any other company can claim. Our mission focused solutions are widely recognized throughout the military radar community. That reputation was earned through more than 1.5 million hours of deployed support to US warfighters and our allies, usually in technically challenging and hostile environments.
We Provide Mission Focused Solutions. Our Field Service Representatives (FSR), Fields Service Engineers (FSE), and System Maintenance Technicians (SMT) have and continue to support N/VLQ-12 Counter Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) Electronic Warfare (CREW) Duke system (CREW), Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR), Counter Rocket, Artillery and Mortar (C-RAM), Ground Based Sense and Avoid System (GBSAA) and AN/TPQ-53 Radar for the US Army. We are well versed in deployments to hostile theater environments and have had a continual presence in the CENTCOM Operational area since 2004.
We Possess Global Experience. Throughout Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and other global contingencies, JBM has provided and continues to provide support to mission requirements of US and coalition military forces. These services were performed in unforgiving, wartime environments and in support of ground-based radars and Counter Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device systems. During this time JBM established trusted relationships with our customers by responding to their ever changing operational requirements. As a result of these experiences, we have accumulated and refined fielding processes and technical capabilities that ensure the highest levels of operational readiness. Domestically, JBM currently provides on-site customer support in nine States, and we have provided FSR support at 27 separate sites in 20 States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico over the course of the last decade.
JBM Understands the Mission Essential Role of Contractor Logistics Support. JBM is highly experienced and easily comfortable providing direct support to Commanders in the field, and we understand that Commanders provide the overall direction to supporting Field Support teams. We further exercise an ethos that focuses on Mission Accomplishment and are not restricted from providing support to the unit when needed. We have also established a reputation for recognizing and taking advantage of opportunities to train and develop customers’ proficiency and technical knowledge.
