That reputation was earned through more than 1.5 million hours of deployed support to US warfighters and our allies, usually in technically challenging and hostile environments.

For more than a decade, JBM has provided fielding, testing, engineering, diagnostic, and maintenance support for radars and sensor systems. We deploy with our customers to austere locations in order to provide professional technical support.

JBM has proven adaptable to the varying requirements of our customer-base, to include ground, air and maritime system developers. We have a network of highly skilled and operationally experienced technicians for short and long-term assignments on a global scale. Further, our industry-leading reputation has been built on the quality and reliability of our employees and processes. This has resulted in an Operational Readiness rate of 95% or higher for our supported customers. Therefore, fielding, integrating, and maintaining radar/sensor systems, networks and other equipment for original equipment manufacturers is a proven specialty.

We understand that training is a key to operational success.

Our staff routinely conducts site surveys and performs installation support for end users, to include site selection, and equipment set up. JBM also provides New Equipment Teams, Deployed Equipment Training and performs Limited Technical Inspections for equipment acceptance. We have even conducted over-the-shoulder training and other onsite training requirements for military forces and in combat environments. This is a proven value added service that JBM routinely provides its customers.

JBM Sponsors 1st Annual Pat Bonaker Charity Golf Tournament

NewsThe Russel Hill Cancer Foundation hosted the 1st Annual Pat Bonaker Charity Golf Tournament.  This event was able to raise over $20,000 for cancer research, education, and patient assistance.  With our support, cancer patients in North Alabama will continue to receive the best care possible.

2016 Freedom Award Nomination

2016 Alex J. Johnson Award

pic1March 28, 2016: On Founders Day, JBM recognizes an employee who demonstrates qualities of excellence exhibited by our founder, Alex J. Johnson.   His specific focus areas were leadership, innovation, operational excellence and outstanding customer service.  This year’s selectee, Letticia Finch, excels in all those categories.

Ms. Finch has been with JBM for ten years.  Her primary responsibility is to ensure all employees are compensated and she has always excelled in that charge.  Letticia’s other functions include keeping up-to-date with payroll tax regulations, ensuring  that Deltek Time and Expense and JBM’s payroll software are properly interfaced, enrolling new employees into the payroll system and timesheet module, W2 preparation, Ipay oversight and various other tasks within the Finance/Accounting Department.

Letticia Finch demonstrates JBM’s values of results (gets the job done regardless of the circumstances); relationships (serves her customers in a professional manner with a smile and goes the extra mile to be accommodating); and responsibility (understands that an uncompensated employee is an unproductive employee).   Ms. Finch is constantly praised for her willingness to assist and get to the root of an employee’s problem.   Our deployed personnel are one such group whereby Letticia has provided unwaivering support.   While enduring harsh and hazardous working conditions, these employees should not have the worry of wondering  “is my paycheck correct” or “has my loved one received my paycheck”.  Matters involving special pay require someone who is detail-oriented to ensure our employees are paid correctly and Letticia never fails.  This type of care embodies another of Alex Johnson’s core values, “take care of your people” and Letticia truly does.

ESGR Award to Mr. McMurry

NewsJanuary 13, 2016: The Office of the Secretary of Defense, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), has recognized JBM’s AN/TPQ-53 Radar Program Manager, Mr. Jimmy McMurry, as a “Patriotic Employer.” Specifically, this recognition is for his contributions to “national security and protecting liberty and freedom by supporting employee participation in America’s National Guard and Reserve Force.” Mr. McMurry was selected for this honor based on his active leadership of members of his AN/TPQ-53 Team that also serve in the military’s reserve component. We are all very proud of his leadership and for this very unique recognition of his efforts. JBM has a long-standing history of support to the National Guard and Reserve, and employees who are also members of the reserve component can be found across the company.
